Gemma Roberson

Gemma Roberson is a seasoned professional in safeguarding and special educational needs, currently serving as the Head of Safeguarding & SEND at PGL Beyond since June 2022. Prior experience includes leading safeguarding initiatives at Catch22 from January 2018 to May 2022, where Gemma developed safeguarding strategies and engaged stakeholders while advising on best practices. Previous roles encompass positions at Brune Park Community School as an Inclusion Senior Leader and Assistant Headteacher from March 2015 to December 2017, focusing on behavior, attendance, and safeguarding, and at Park Community School as an Assistant SENCo and Inclusion Manager from September 2011 to March 2015.
