Pam Springer

Pam Springer is a seasoned payroll and human resources professional with extensive experience spanning over three decades. Currently serving as Group Payroll Manager at PGL Beyond since January 2025, Pam previously held the position of Payroll Manager at PGL Travel for nearly 21 years. Prior to that, Pam gained significant payroll management experience at 3D Education & Adventure and worked in various roles related to payroll and HR administration. Early career experiences also include teaching positions at multiple junior schools and an executive role at the Further Education Unit. Pam Springer's educational credentials include a degree in French Studies from Lancaster University and a PGCE in Education from the University of East Anglia.
