Stephan Cincotta

Stephan Cincotta is an experienced technical lead with a strong background in information systems security and system administration. Currently serving as a Technical Lead at PGTEK since May 2019, Stephan previously worked at Perspecta from October 2010 to April 2019 as a USPS Federal Consultant focusing on Information Systems Security Engineering, where responsibilities included supporting the DIACAP process, creating and reviewing C&A packages, and facilitating collaboration between government clients and the company. Prior to that, roles included Senior Systems Administrator at ManTech and Target Systems, where Stephan maintained Citrix XenApp Server farms and oversaw PKI for various networks. Early career experience includes consulting and systems administration with Tier Technologies. Stephan holds a degree from Southern Utah University, completed between 1997 and 2000.
