Nadia Pluck

Nadia Pluck currently serves as the Head of Agency Operations at Ph.Creative since January 2025, following a similar role at Chatter Communications from December 2021 to October 2024, where task management included shaping and implementing a comprehensive people strategy to enhance organizational alignment. Previous experience includes positions such as Account Director at Finn and Group Account Director at Intermarketing Agency, where Nadia worked on change management and client services. Additionally, roles at hub and DS.Emotion involved leading creative and strategic initiatives for key accounts. Nadia has a strong background in managing high-profile projects, delivering brand and marketing campaigns, and fostering client relationships across various sectors, having started in account management at 490 Global Limited and St Ives Direct. Nadia earned a BA(Hons) in Communication Studies from the University of Lincoln between 1998 and 2001.
