Brad Johnson

Brad Johnson began their work experience in 2012 as an Audit Senior at Ernst & Young Capital Advisors LLC. Brad then transitioned to the role of M&A Investment Banking Associate at the same company in 2015 and continued until 2017. During their time at Ernst & Young, Brad worked on various financial analyses and led valuation analysis, business plan reviews, and management presentation drafting. Brad also provided guidance to junior team members in creating corporate finance analyses. In 2017, Brad joined pH Partners as an Investment Banking professional, where they conducted detailed financial modeling and evaluated strategic alternatives in the healthcare and life science sectors. Recently, in 2022, Brad has taken on the role of Venture Capital & Internal Innovation Consultant at Northwell Holdings and Northwell Health, where they are involved in advising on venture capital and internal innovation initiatives. Their tenure at Northwell is set to end in May 2023.

Brad Johnson is currently enrolled at the Donald & Barbara Zucker School of Medicine. Prior to their medical studies, they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Accounting from Villanova University. Brad also holds a High School Diploma from Delbarton School. In addition to their academic achievements, Brad has studied abroad at Universidad de Sevilla, focusing on Spanish Language and Economics. Brad has obtained multiple certifications in the financial industry, including the Series 24 from FINRA (Financial Industry Regulatory Authority) in October 2018, the Series 62 in December 2015, the Series 79 in April 2015, and the Series 63 in February 2015.
