Francis Cote is a seasoned professional in research and development, currently serving as the Director of R&D at PH Tech since 2023. They previously held the position of Vice President of Research and Development at IPL Innovative Packaging Leaders from 2018 to 2023, and managed R&D at both Surfpolitix and Zoopla Snowboard in earlier years. Francis also contributed to the advanced materials sector as an administrator at Pôle de recherche et innovation en matériaux avancés du Québec in 2014.
