Hector Averia is a seasoned sales professional with extensive experience in the real estate industry. Currently serving as Senior Sales Director at PH1 World Developers Inc. since November 2024, Hector previously held the role of Senior Project Sales Manager at Filinvest Land Inc. from October 2018 to January 2025, where leadership of a high-performing sales team resulted in 90% of sales production through digital marketing from 2021 to 2024.
