Rushikesh Pandya

Rushikesh Pandya serves as the General Manager for R&D, Production, and Procurement at phab since August 2021, overseeing end-to-end product development and successfully launching six product categories including protein bars and shakes. With over 10 years of experience in Food R&D, Rushikesh has a strong background in product development, sensory evaluation, and regulatory compliance, alongside previous roles at ITC Limited where new product development and patent creation were key responsibilities. Rushikesh also interned at Mother Dairy and Foods and Inns Ltd., gaining experience in quality control and production processes. Currently pursuing a degree in Product & Brand Management at the Indian Institute of Management Nagpur, Rushikesh holds an M.Tech. in Food Technology from the Sam Higginbottom Institute of Agriculture, Technology and Sciences.
