Lars Kessels

Lars Kessels has a diverse work experience spanning several roles and companies. Lars currently works at Phact { Innovator of Things }, where they serve as the Operations Manager and the Power Platform Practice Lead. Lars is also a Business Development Consultant at this company. Prior to joining Phact, Lars worked at ilionx. Your partner in digital business. for five years, from 2016 to 2021. At ilionx, they held the positions of Managing Consultant, Project Manager, and Lead Consultant, where they were responsible for designing, developing, and implementing custom applications and solutions, as well as managing development and implementation projects. Before ilionx, Lars worked at Pulse Business Solutions bv as a Microsoft SharePoint & Microsoft Dynamics AX consultant from 2011 to 2016. Their earliest work experience was at Gilde-BT, where they served as an Implementatiecoördinator / Software Engineer from 2009 to 2011.

Lars Kessels began their education in 1998 at Raayland College, where they obtained their MAVO degree. From 2002 to 2006, they attended ROC ter Aa Helmond and earned a degree in ICT-Beheerder. Following this, Lars enrolled at Fontys University of Applied Sciences from 2006 to 2009, where they pursued a degree in Informatica (Software Engineering) at the HBO level.

In addition to their formal education, Lars Kessels has obtained various certifications. In 2012, they completed the MCTS: SharePoint 2010, Application Development certification from Microsoft, as well as the MBSS: Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 Development Introduction, MCPS: Microsoft Certified Professional, and MS: Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 Development Introduction Specialist certifications. Lars also holds certifications in Stakeholder Engagement Foundation from APMG International (obtained in October 2020), AgilePM® Foundation and AgilePM® Practitioner from APMG International (obtained in December 2018), and Persoonlijke Effectiviteit met de LIFO methodiek from Next Step Talent (obtained in November 2017).
