Danai Antonaki is a Quality Manager and Sustainability Officer at PHĀEA, where they focus on enhancing quality and sustainability practices. Previously, they served as a Quality Coordinator at Atlantica Hotels & Resorts, overseeing compliance with multiple ISO standards. Danai has also worked as an English tutor, a laboratory assistant, and completed graduate training in quality control. They hold a Bachelor's degree in Food Science and Technology and a Master's degree in Public Health, and they recently obtained a PhD in Business Administration & Tourism.
