Adèle James

Adèle James has work experience in various roles and companies. Adèle is currently working as the Co-founder and CTO at Phagos, a position they have held since May 2021. Prior to that, they were a Founder in Residence at Entrepreneur First from April 2021 to December 2021. At Bruker Daltonics, they worked as an Applications Specialist in microbiology from April 2020 to April 2021. Adèle was previously a Research Scientist at BIOMILLENIA from October 2018 to April 2020 and a PhD student in molecular microbiology at Station Biologique de Roscoff from October 2015 to September 2018. Adèle also gained experience as a Visiting PhD Student at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology in October 2017 and as a Research Intern at both Station Biologique de Roscoff and the University of Exeter in 2015 and 2014 respectively. Adèle also worked as a Research Intern at Université de Caen Basse-Normandie in June 2013.

Adèle James began their education in 2010 at the Université de Caen Normandie, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree with a focus on ecology. Adèle completed their undergraduate studies in 2013.

Adèle then furthered their education at the Université de Tours, where they obtained a Master's degree in 2015. Their field of study during this period was ecology, evolution, and biodiversity.

Adèle continued their academic journey at Sorbonne Université, where they pursued a Research Doctorate in Molecular Microbiology. Adèle commenced their doctorate in 2015 and successfully completed it in 2018.
