Ben Tacka

Ben Tacka is a seasoned professional in business development and sustainability, currently serving as the Business Development Lead at Phaidra since May 2022, where the company specializes in AI-enabled virtual plant operations. Previously, Ben held the role of Sustainability Programs Leader at Trane Technologies and Ingersoll Rand, contributing to enterprise-wide sustainability efforts, employee engagement, and sales integration. Ben has also excelled as a Client Success Manager at New Breed, ensuring client satisfaction and project completion, and as a New Business Development Consultant for the Enterprise for a Sustainable World. Starting their career at Vector Marketing and CUTCO Cutlery, Ben developed extensive experience in sales management and recruitment. Ben holds an MBA in Sustainable Innovation from the University of Vermont and a Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering from Boston University.
