Katie H. is the Co-Founder, President, and COO at Phaidra, an industrial AI company focused on creating self-learning, intelligent control systems for industrial facilities. Before co-founding Phaidra in 2019, Katie served as an Innovation Senior Manager at Ingersoll Rand, where they led global cross-functional teams to develop innovative offerings. Previously, as an Engineering Team Leader at Trane, Katie oversaw diverse engineering teams responsible for executing commercial construction projects across North America. They also held roles at Damuth Trane and Raytheon IDS, where they contributed to systems engineering and business development efforts for various government and commercial programs.
