PhantaField develops production-grade plasma- and photon-enhanced MOCVD systems capable of growing wafer-scale 2D TMD films at CMOS-compatible temperatures (<450°C).
Our platform enables:
• Ultra-uniform monolayers on 300 mm wafers
• BEOL-compatible processing for logic–memory monolithic stacking
• High-mobility MoS₂, WS₂, WSe₂, and engineered heterostructures

Built on our 2D TMD devices, PhantaField designs embedded DRAM/SRAM IP with 3000 TB/s+ bandwidth, enabling:
