Monty Wright

Monty Wright is currently the Co-Director at Radicle and the Head of Growth at Phantm, where they focus on sustainable packaging solutions and environmental consulting services across Australia. They have held previous roles as a Growth Marketing Manager and E-Commerce Manager at Great Wrap, and as an Environmental Scientist at Western Environmental Pty Ltd. Monty also founded BUSHY, a brand specializing in environmentally conscious textiles. They hold a Bachelor of Environment & Society from RMIT University and a Certificate IV in Small Business Administration from Kangan Institute.
