Rob Anderson has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Rob is currently the CEO of Climateers Pty Ltd, where they are launching a new Climatetech venture to address the Climate Crisis globally. Prior to this, they served as the Chief Technology Officer at Phantm. Rob has also founded two ventures, Cause Good Things, a not-for-profit organization aimed at empowering stakeholders through online learning and ecosystem creation, and Ecosystems Design Thinking, an innovation consultancy business providing training and problem-solving solutions. Before venturing into entrepreneurship, Rob was the Co-owner and Director of Four Nonnas Fresh Pasta Pty Ltd, specializing in artisan pasta production. Rob also served as the Project Lead at Climate Solutions Alliance. Earlier in their career, Rob co-founded HealthBreak Melbourne, a startup gourmet lunch marketplace, and worked as the Managing Director at Foodie Feasts Pty Ltd. Rob started their career as a Digital Marketing Consultant and Director at Smart Digital Marketing Australia Pty. Ltd. and worked as a Management and Engineering Consultant at QQBusiness, where they executed various projects for clients in the dairy industry.
Rob Anderson attended Camberwell Grammar from 1975 to 1986, where they obtained their HSC. Following this, they pursued their tertiary education at the University of Melbourne, from 1982 to 1985. Rob graduated with a Bachelor of Engineering in Chemical Engineering with honors (B.E. Chem (hons)).
