Prior to this role, Brian worked at Advantech US, Inc as the Director of Mechatronics Division and also as a Project Engineer. Brian has a strong background in academia, having served as a Lecturer at Carnegie Mellon University and the University of Pittsburgh, teaching courses in Feedback Control Systems and Numerical Methods for Engineers and Scientists. Brian's academic journey includes a PhD in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Pittsburgh, where Brian also earned their MS and BS degrees in the same field.
