Dave Pazdan

David Pazdan is an experienced leader in technology and customer satisfaction, currently serving as Head of Customer Happiness at Phantom since October 2021. Prior roles include Product Manager and Technical Support Manager at MetaMask and ConsenSys, respectively, where David drove initiatives in hardware wallet improvements and user feedback integration. Prior to that, David played a pivotal role in operational scaling at Coinbase during a period of significant growth and served as IT Manager at Medix™, implementing innovative cloud solutions. As the founder of Pazdan LLC, a tool and die manufacturing company, and former President and CEO of Computer Harmony, Inc., David has consistently combined technical expertise with a customer-focused approach throughout their career. David holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Politics and Government from Illinois State University.
