Jason Lee

Jason Lee has a long history of working in business development, marketing, and operations. Jason began their career in 2012 as a Worksite Supervisor at the NYC Department of Youth & Community Development. In 2013, they worked as a Marketing Data Analyst at Kellogg Company, a Marketing Representative at Microsoft, a Product Marketing Assistant at Yelp, and a Commercial Real-estate Marketing Associate at Massey Knakal Realty Services. In 2015, they joined GEICO as a Management Development Program- Business Operations, where they learned about the business from the ground up, identified company issues to senior leadership, and served as the lead on projects that improved efficiency and process within the company. In 2018, they were Head of Business Development and Community Strategy at MetaMask, where they lead and managed exploration of strategic partnerships, generated monetization strategies, and produced and wordsmithed communications for the brand. Later that year, they joined ConsenSys as Head of Business Development and Community Strategy- MetaMask, where they operationalized new and existing policies, processes, and procedures for client services and provided white glove service to some of their highest priority global clients. In 2020, they joined Coinbase as Business Development- Coinbase Wallet Lead and Institutional Client Services- Coinbase Prime Broker & Custody. Currently, they are the Business Development & Partnerships Lead at Phantom.

Jason Lee obtained their Bachelor of Business Administration from the University at Buffalo in the field of Marketing / Operations and Supply Chain Managment. In addition, they obtained a Construction Safety and Health certification from OSHA in July 2011, and an Aircraft & Powerplant Technician certification from the Federal Aviation Administration - FAA in June 2011.
