Jisi Guo is an experienced professional with a diverse background in product design, development, and leadership. In 2022, they began their current role as Head of Design at Phantom. Prior to that, they were the Founder & CEO of IntervalCam from 2020, a professional tools provider for professional trainers. From 2015 to 2020, they held various roles at Lyft, including Staff Product Designer for Bikes & Scooters, Product Design Lead for Self-Driving Platform, and Product Design Lead for Core Passenger. From 2013 to 2015, they were the Co-Founder and Product Designer at Leo Me, Inc, which was acquired by Lyft in June 2015. Jisi also founded Lucky Labs, a product design and development consultancy, in 2013. In 2012, they were the Head of Product at Ribbon.co, an online payments platform. From 2010 to 2011, they were a Designer & Developer at Accenture's Technology Labs. In 2011, they founded Chicago Founders, a Q&A forum for Chicago entrepreneurs. In 2007, they held the role of Management & Organizations Research Analyst at the Kellogg School of Management and Capital Markets Analyst at HSBC.
Jisi Guo obtained a BS in Industrial Engineering & Management Sciences and Economics from Northwestern University and a MS in Engineering Design and Innovation with a Minor in Master of Engineering Management from Northwestern University.
