Maxim G. is an accomplished engineering leader with extensive experience in software development and technology management. Currently serving as Engineering Manager at Phantom since January 2023, Maxim previously held the position of Chief Technology Officer at Refinable, where significant contributions included designing the platform architecture, implementing microservices, and overseeing high-profile NFT integrations. With a strong background in full-stack engineering, Maxim has also co-founded Roadwork, developed the Signal™ product at DataCamp, and created applications for EY.
