Natalie Pogue

Natalie Pogue has extensive experience in strategy and leadership roles across multiple sectors. Currently serving as Chief of Staff at Phantom since February 2025, Pogue previously held various strategic positions at Blockchain.com from March 2021 to October 2024. Before that, a significant tenure at EY from September 2012 to February 2021 included roles such as Senior Manager in Strategy and Transactions, where Pogue specialized in financial due diligence for mergers and acquisitions and acted as Chief of Staff for senior leadership. Early career experiences also include a mentoring position at DePaul University, where Pogue developed leadership and public speaking skills. Pogue earned a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Finance from DePaul University and attended the University of Washington Rome Center.
