(1)	Technology assessment/Technical Due Diligence.  We provide an integrated, multidisciplinary technology evaluation from early preclinical through clinical development and product commercialization to prepare companies for in/out-licensing or refine their development plan.
(2)	In/Out-Licensing Platform.  In collaboration with a US company, we identify technology for acquisition and further development to an out-licensing position.
(3)	Drug Development Strategy and Implementation.  We guide start-up and smaller companies to create and implement intelligent, risk-based strategies for drug development that meets international regulatory and commercial objectives.
(4)	Regulatory Compliance.  We provide expertise to evaluate and recommend remediation steps to ensure GLP, GMP, and GCP compliance of Chinese CROs/CMOs.
