Aditya Hande is an Analyst at PharmaACE since August 2023. Previously, Aditya completed a research internship at the Indian Institute of Management, Kozhikode, under the guidance of Prof. Salman Ali in early 2023. From July 2021 to January 2023, Aditya served as a Manager at Surge NITT and also undertook a research internship at the Department of Management Studies, NIT Trichy, under Prof. Janarthanan Balakrishnan in mid-2022. Aditya's early experience includes roles as OGTa and OGE with AIESEC in India from February 2019 to July 2021. Aditya holds a Bachelor of Technology in Metallurgical and Material Engineering from the National Institute of Technology, Tiruchirappalli, completed in 2023, and has an academic background that includes a 12th grade degree from Mahatma Gandhi High School, Karmala, and a 10th grade degree from Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalaya.
