Previously, Stephen held key positions at major companies, including Director of Global Strategic Analytics at Johnson & Johnson and Associate Director at Bristol-Myers Squibb, where they led substantial strategic evaluations and forecasting initiatives. Stephen served in the United States Army as a Platoon Leader and Battalion Logistics Officer before pursuing an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BS in Systems Engineering from the United States Military Academy at West Point.
