PharmaBiome
Gabriel is an expert in quantitative systems biology with an interdisciplinary profile spanning microbial ecology and evolution, population biology, computational biology, and statistics. Prior to joining PharmaBiome, he developed data-driven approaches for microbial ecology to decipher the link between the behavior of individual member bacteria and the functional output of the community as a whole. Gabriel holds a MSc in physics from the EPF Lausanne, a PhD in theoretical biology from the ETH Zurich, and was a postdoctoral fellow at MIT prior to joining PharmaBiome.
