Hai Do is an accomplished executive who has successfully led operations in retail and food & beverage industries. They served as Head of Operations at Starbucks from 2021 to 2023, where they drove operational excellence and business performance. Prior to that, Hai co-founded and led EMC2 as CEO from 2010 to 2013, providing strategic oversight for one of Vietnam's largest microblogging platforms. They also held various leadership roles at McDonald's Vietnam from 2013 to 2021, focusing on brand strategy and operational execution. Currently, Hai serves as the National Retail Operation Director at Pharmacity, starting in 2024.
