Guy McClellan has over two decades of experience in the fields of chemistry and information technology within the pharmaceutical and biotechnology industries. Currently serving as Senior Manager of IT R&D Applications at Pharmacyclics, an AbbVie Company, since December 2015, Guy previously held roles such as R&D Lab Applications Manager and IT R&D Lab Analyst. Prior to this, extensive experience was gained at Threshold Enterprises as a Senior Laboratory Analyst in Quality Control, ensuring compliance with GMP regulations. Additional roles include working as an Analytical Chemist at BP focusing on lignocellulosic ethanol research, and contributing to drug discovery at both Pfizer Inc. and Pharmacia as a Scientist and Associate Scientist, respectively, specializing in synthetic organic chemistry. Guy McClellan holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Chemistry from Kalamazoo College and studied at Universidad San Francisco de Quito.
