Matthew Malachowski is the System AVP of Population Health and Ambulatory Care Pharmacy at Ochsner Health since 2025. They have served on the Editorial Advisory Board for Pharmacy Times since 2019. Previously, Matthew was the System Director of Population Health and Ambulatory Care Pharmacy at Ochsner Health System from 2020 to 2025 and a Specialty Pharmacy Supervisor at UAB Medicine from 2016 to 2020. Matthew holds a Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.) from the University of Rhode Island and a Master of Science in Health Administration from the University of Alabama at Birmingham.
