Rich Hines

Rich Hines has a robust background in business development and sales within the pharmacy benefit management (PBM) sector, with a career spanning from 2003 to the present. Rich began at UnitedHealth Group as Director of Sales, transitioning to roles at Humana, where Rich served as General Agency Manager and Sales Manager for the Los Angeles market. Rich continued to grow in the industry through positions at Western Growers and subsequently held senior roles at Alluma and RxBenefits, Inc. Currently, Rich is the Vice President of PBM Sales at PharmaForce, focusing on PBM benefits and 340B program management for hospitals and healthcare organizations. Rich holds a degree in Finance from San Diego State University and a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from California Southern University.
