Jared Reining

Jared Reining currently serves as the Chief Everything Officer at Areté Manufacturing and works as a machinist at PharmaMed. Previously, Jared held positions as a machinist at Mathias Die Company and Olander Tooling Co., and as a lead machinist at Leister Custom Machining, where responsibilities included workload planning, tool inventory management, training, shop organization, and machine maintenance. Jared also has a military background, serving as an Infantry Soldier in the Minnesota National Guard. Jared earned an Associate of Arts and Sciences degree in Machine Tool Technology/Machinist from Central Lakes College.
