Thomas Bruce Brown has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. (Thomas) Bruce started their career at Pfizer in 2003, where they worked as a Research Chemist in various therapeutic areas. During their time at Pfizer, Thomas was responsible for synthesizing novel drug molecules and managing outsourced chemistry groups. (Thomas) Bruce consistently received excellent performance ratings for their problem-solving skills and ability to produce quality results within tight deadlines. In 2011, Thomas joined Quotient Bioresearch Ltd as a C14 Chemist, specializing in synthetic chemistry and incorporating radiolabels into drug molecules for clinical trials. (Thomas) Bruce later advanced to the role of Deputy Team Leader. In 2014, Quotient Bioresearch Ltd was acquired by Pharmaron, and Thomas became the Deputy Team Leader of the GMP synthetic chemistry team based at the Rushden site. In 2019, they assumed the role of Principal Chemist at Pharmaron, where they continue to contribute their expertise.

Thomas Bruce Brown attended The University of Edinburgh from 1998 to 2003, where they earned a 1st degree in Chemistry (MChem).
