Celina Zhong

Ms. Celina Zhong is Senior Vice President of Human Resources. She joined Pharmaron in 2012 and has over 22 years of experience in human resources. Prior to this, Ms. Zhong served as the global HR director in a NYSE listed company with over 15,000 employees, covering PRC, Asia Pacific, Europe and U.S. Acting as a group HR director and leader in another start-up company, Ms. Zhong assisted the company through a successful IPO at NASDAQ in 2007.

In her current role, Ms. Zhong handles the full scope of HR functions including recruitment, compensation and benefits, training and development, performance management and employee relations.

Ms. Zhong graduated from Nankai University with a B.S. in Information and Science Technology and an MBA from the University of Ottawa in Canada, followed by a second degree in International Management from the Norwegian Business and Management School in Norway.
