Elliot Bailey

Elliot Bailey has extensive experience in both education and scientific research. Elliot served as a Teacher and Camp Director at Hong Kong Student Travel Limited from June to August 2017, where engaging lessons and summer camps for students were successfully directed. In academia, Elliot held the position of Lecturer I and Out-College Tutor in Organic Chemistry at Magdalen College, University of Oxford, from October 2021 to March 2022, providing small group tutorials and classes for first-year undergraduates. Currently, Elliot is a Senior Scientist in Process Chemistry at Pharmaron since September 2025, following a role as Scientist in Synthetic and Medicinal Chemistry at CHARM Therapeutics from April 2024 to July 2025. Elliot's academic credentials include a DPhil in Organic Chemistry from the University of Oxford (2018-2023) and a first-class MChem in Organic Chemistry from the same institution (2014-2018), supplemented by secondary education at Brine Leas School and Sixth Form College (2007-2014).
