Gillian Watt

Gillian Watt is a seasoned professional in the field of biology and pharmacology with extensive experience spanning over three decades. Currently serving as Senior Director and Head of Biology at Pharmaron since May 2022, Gillian previously held the position of Director and Head of Biology in Drug Discovery Services at PHARMARON UK LIMITED from November 2019 to May 2022. Prior to that, Gillian worked at GlaxoSmithKline Pharma GmbH as a Pharmacology Lead from December 2016 to July 2019. Gillian's foundational experience includes a significant tenure at UCB, where roles ranged from Director of Pharmacology to Senior Scientist over a period of 15 years, as well as a decade-long position as Staff Scientist at the James Black Foundation. Gillian Watt holds an education from the University of London.
