Hardeep Sahota

Hardeep Sahota is an experienced professional in the pharmaceutical and chemical industries, currently serving as Pilot Plant Team Leader at Pharmaron since September 2023. Previously, Hardeep held the position of Technology Programme Head at Bio Products Laboratory Limited, providing technical support and leading a team focused on quality and technical improvements in blood plasma production from January 2021 to September 2023. With a rich background in laboratory management, Hardeep was Technical Services Manager at King's College London, overseeing postgraduate research and undergraduate laboratories during the transition following the coronavirus pandemic. Hardeep's extensive tenure at GSK spanned from 2004 to 2019, culminating in the role of Director, Continuous Processing, leading a team in R&D projects and managing EHS&Q for a large laboratory. Hardeep's career began at Merck Sharp & Dohme and Zeneca Agrochemicals, where significant contributions were made to process development and manufacturing efficiencies. Hardeep holds a PhD in Chemistry from the University of Warwick and a BSc (Hons) in Chemistry from Imperial College London.
