Joana Oduro

Joana Oduro currently serves as the Director, QA Site Head at Pharmaron US Lab Services since December 2021, specializing in bioanalytical method development and validation across various medical modalities and biomatrices. Previously, Joana held positions at Catalent Pharma Solutions as Associate Director of Quality Assurance and Senior Manager of QA Client Services & Operations, and at Emergent BioSolutions as Manager of Quality Compliance, where responsibilities included compliance support for drug product manufacturing and transition to SAP systems. Earlier career roles included positions at NOVAVAX INC, MedImmune, Baxter BioScience, Actavis, Wellstat Biologics, and Baxter BioScience, where expertise was developed in quality assurance, validation, and manufacturing operations. Joana earned a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Bowie State University.
