Katherine Fenner

Katherine Fenner is an experienced professional in drug metabolism and pharmacokinetics (DMPK), currently serving as the DMPK Lab Head at Pharmaron since January 2022. Prior to this, Katherine held multiple senior positions at AstraZeneca from October 2014 to December 2021, including Senior Director and Associate Director, leading teams focused on absorption, disposition, and excretion. Katherine's earlier tenure at AstraZeneca from July 2011 to July 2014 involved leading in vitro sciences, specializing in transporter science. Katherine’s extensive career began at Pfizer Pharmaceuticals, where from September 1990 to August 2011, roles included DMPK Transporter Team Leader and in vitro sciences team leader, contributing to the establishment of global transporter disciplines. Katherine holds a degree in Chemistry with Pharmacology from the University of Southampton, completed in 1990.
