Lena Yao is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in business development and strategic alliance management, currently serving as the Director of Business Development at Pharmaron since 2021. Previously, Lena Yao held various leadership roles at the Fred Hutchinson Cancer Research Center from 2010 to 2020, including Director of Strategic Alliance Development and Management for Global Oncology and Managing Director for the China Initiative.
