Lizbeth DeSelm is a Drug Discovery Chemist currently serving as the Sr. Manager of Business Development Operations at Pharmaron. Previously, Lizbeth held various roles at EMD Serono, Inc., where they managed a team in advancing projects in medicinal chemistry and contributed to significant therapeutic developments. Additionally, Lizbeth worked as a Senior Scientist at Anagenex after a stint in Global Medical Affairs at EMD Serono. They began their career as a Research Associate at Millennium Pharmaceuticals, focusing on synthesis and scale-up in oncology and inflammation projects.
