Scott Summerfield

Scott Summerfield is an accomplished professional in the field of drug metabolism and bioanalysis, currently serving as the Executive Director of Metabolism at Pharmaron. They previously held several senior roles at GSK, where they contributed significantly to bioanalysis and drug metabolism, leading teams and managing complex research projects. Scott began their career as a Bioanalyst at SMITHKLINE BEECHAM RESEARCH LIMITED and has also been an active member of the Drug Metabolism Discussion Group, organizing courses and conferences from 2000 to 2011. They earned a PhD in Protein Mass Spectrometry from the University of Warwick and a Post Doctoral Research Fellowship from the University of Manchester.
