Stephen Dawson

Stephen Dawson has extensive work experience in various leadership roles in the biologics industry. Stephen currently serves as the Executive Director of Operations at Pharmaron, where they manage the Biologics site and provides strategic input. Prior to that, they held executive positions at Allergan Biologics Ltd., Allergan Biologics Limited, and Actavis Biologics Ltd. Stephen's expertise includes managing diverse teams, setting policies, and overseeing engineering and facility operations. Stephen also has a background in project management and maintenance in the pharmaceutical sector, having worked at Eli Lilly and Company. Earlier in their career, Stephen gained experience in control and instrumentation engineering at Davy International, Insertech, Tedecom Electrical Engineering, and ICI Chemicals & Polymers.

Stephen Dawson has a degree in Industrial Measurement & Control (B.Eng hons) from The Polytechnic Huddersfield, which they obtained from 1986 to 1988. Prior to that, they completed an HND in Engineering Systems, Computing & Control at the same institution from 1984 to 1986.
