Susan Talay

Susan Talay has extensive work experience in the field of bioanalytical labs and pharmaceutical companies. Susan is currently serving as the Associate Director of Operations at Pharmaron, where they manage the Operations team, coordinates with scientific teams, and leads process improvement initiatives.
