Maxime Lussier

Maxime Lussier has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Maxime began their career at Pendopharm in 2004 as a Project Engineer. In this role, they were involved in various projects before transitioning to Pharmascience in 2007.

At Pharmascience, Maxime initially served as an Engineering Manager from 2007 to 2010. Maxime then took on the role of Production Leader at the Royalmount facility, where they led manufacturing activities with a team of supervisors and direct labor employees.

In 2014, Maxime became the Brand Supply Manager and Asia Strategic Sourcing Manager, responsible for optimizing the sourcing strategy and expanding the Asian supply network for Pendopharm. Maxime held this position until 2015 when they took on the role of Director of Engineering and Portfolio Supply Strategy at Pharmascience.

From 2018 to 2022, Maxime served as the Director of Manufacturing Operations and HSE at Pharmascience, leading a team of employees and implementing lean manufacturing principles to transform operations and improve product quality.

Most recently, Maxime held the position of Senior Director of Operations at Pharmascience, where they led a team of over 300 employees, promoted team synergies, and played a key role in the company's digital transformation program. Maxime also served as the Senior Director of Business Transformation and Sterile Plant Expansion, leading initiatives to drive operational excellence.

Throughout their career, Maxime Lussier has demonstrated strong leadership skills and a commitment to delivering top quality products in a safe and engaging environment.

Maxime Lussier holds a Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering from Polytechnique Montréal, which they obtained from 1999 to 2003. Maxime also has a Master's Degree in Technology Management - Industrial Engineering from Polytechnique Montréal, which they obtained from 2004 to 2006. Additionally, Maxime Lussier holds certifications as an Engineer from the Ordre des ingénieurs du Québec and as a Project Management Professional (PMP) from the Project Management Institute.
