Susan Bolduc

Susan Bolduc has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Susan started their career at KPMG as an Auditor from 1988 to 1991. Susan then joined Novartis, where they held various positions including Director of Financial Reporting & Accounting, Director of Total Rewards, and HR Business Partner from 2003 to 2010. From 2010 to 2017, Susan worked at Pharmascience as Senior Director and later as Vice President of Human Resources. Since 2018, they have been happily retired. In 2023, they became the Director of The VOBOC Foundation.

Susan Bolduc completed a certificate in HR Management from the University of Toronto - Rotman School of Management in 2008. Susan also holds a Bachelor's degree in Commerce from Concordia University.
