The human side of pharmacy recruitment.
Helping pharmacies secure reliable cover and helping locums find rewarding opportunities through honest communication, strong relationships, and exceptional service.
We pride ourselves on being able to identify and meet the everchanging needs of our locums, customers and the marketplace overall.

We offer a flexible, supportive and responsive service which we believe leads to positive, long-term relationships – this is proven by the fact that many of our locums & customers have used our service consistently for many years.
We recognise that online systems provide efficiency for our locums and customers needing quick access to manage their bookings. To meet these needs, we have a bespoke system we’ve built and constantly adapt, solely with our users in mind. Our user-friendly system is accessible online for all users on an array of mobile and computer-based devices.

Whilst also recognising the importance of technology, we also believe it’s vital not to lose our personal touch which is integral to our brand. We are always available to answer calls or emails and encourage all our service users to keep in touch with us directly. We believe that this builds a unique rapport and knowledge of our users’ needs which allows us to deliver to them, a personalised service which best suits them.

Our aim is simple; to find our customers the locums they need & giving our locums access to the work they want.

For every pharmacy, there is the perfect locum
