Mona Mohammed has extensive experience in sales and medical administration within the healthcare industry. Currently serving as a Sales Representative at Pharmatrade since May 2011, Mona is responsible for coordinating sales operations in the Pharma and Medical Divisions, ensuring customer satisfaction through effective order management and timely delivery to pharmacies and hospitals in the UAE. Additionally, Mona has held the position of Medical Secretary at SS Lootah in Dubai and at eTransMedix HealthScript Solutions, where contributions included hiring and training transcriptionists and conducting quality checks on substantial lines of work. Prior experience as a Quality Analyst at CBay Systems involved working with UK clients to maintain high standards of quality. Mona holds a Bachelor of Arts in Art History from St. Anne's College and a Master of Business Administration in Human Resources Management from Bangalore University.
