Ari Kaplan

Ari Kaplan currently serves as the Head of Leadership & Performance Development at Pharmavite, a position held since 2024. Previously, Ari was with Drizly, an Uber Company, from 2021 to 2024, where responsibilities included senior management of organizational effectiveness and strategic communications, advising executive leadership on various initiatives, and delivering internal leadership development programs. Before Drizly, Ari worked at The Kugler Company from 2016 to 2021 as a Leadership Development Associate, facilitating programs for global leaders and designing curricula on essential leadership skills. Ari’s early career included a role as Director of People Strategy and Operations at WBT Camps from 2015 to 2020, where strategic leadership led to significant revenue growth and recovery from a major catastrophe. Ari holds a Bachelor of Science in Recording Arts from Indiana University Bloomington.
