Christopher Watson has extensive experience in the manufacturing and food production industries, holding various roles at Pharmavite, Snyder's-Lance, Inc., Cott Beverages, and Toms Foods Inc. Currently serving as the Diversity, Inclusion, and Belonging Committee Chairperson at Pharmavite, Christopher facilitates workshops and fosters an inclusive environment while also working as an Operations Engineer, leading process improvements and ensuring operational efficiency.
