Congcong Zhang

Congcong Zhang is a highly skilled professional with a strong background in sensory analysis and consumer behavior. With current experience as a Senior Formulator in Sensory Research at Pharmavite since September 2021, Congcong has previously held roles including Graduate Research Assistant at the Center for Sensory Analysis and Consumer Behavior and R&D Intern at Torani. Expertise includes conducting consumer studies, developing flavor ingredient replacements, and performing sensory tests and stability studies across various products. Congcong holds a PhD in Sensory Analysis and Consumer Behavior from Kansas State University and has advanced degrees in Food Science and Technology, as well as Statistical Data Analysis, from The Ohio State University, complemented by a Bachelor's degree in Food Science and Engineering from Beijing Forestry University.
